Executive Assistant (For Film Production)

• Graduate of any 4 years course
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• 2 years experience working as an assistant or coordinator in physical production at a network, studio, and/or production company is an advantage but not a must.
• Proficient experience with MS Word, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and tactfully with persons at all levels inside and outside of the company, in person, via email, on phone/text, etc.
• Ability to organize, schedule and plan effectively.
• Ability to follow-up on tasks and information with detailed accuracy and speed.
• Nimble, creative, problem-solver who can handle sensitive, timely, or complicated tasks without getting flustered.
• Curiosity about working and growing in physical production.
