Executive Assistant / Appointment Setter

Our client is currently looking for a **Real Estate EA/ Appointment Setter **to help the team in achieving their business goals by helping clients develop clever property investment strategies

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing sales admin support
- Appointment setting everyday (50% of the tasks are phone bookings)
- Sending out weekly spreadsheet to client
- Creating Canva posters for listings
- Creating new product poster using client's template/format
- Following up events and registration
- Conducting weekly round-up
- Acting as company's course coordinator
- New database building for Australian investors and mortgage holders seeking to join the company to learn the techniques of how to use property for investment

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales /admin
- With at least 2-3 years experience in phone booking and appointment setting
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate / property investment
- With strong English oral and written communication skills
- With strong phone and customer service skills
- The person must be keen to learn and develop their computer competencies.
- With high attention to details
- Generally able to work with a team
- Excellent time ('To do list') management & prioritisation
- Effective communicator and enthusiastic
- Team oriented, dedicated, reliable, responsible and a team player
- Applicants must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Appointment setting / phone booking: 2 years (preferred)
- Admin / EA: 2 years (preferred)
- BPO: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
