Job Description
1. Provide secretariat support to branch manager and general administrative support to the office
2. Handle the applications, renewal, and cancellation of work passes, visas and other related passes
3. Responsible for expatriate management including housing.
4. Manage and support in flight bookings, hotel reservations, logistic arrangements, planning and
preparation of company events including attending to guests and visitors
5. Prepare monthly reports, purchase orders, expense claims, quotation comparisons, and contracts
6. Manage and administer office, facilities, equipment, and vehicle maintenance, leasing and
agreements
7. Handle accounting and banking matters relating to office expense
8. Handle the renewal of office permits and provide compliance documents to all government offices
such as SEC, BIR, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, Social Security etc.
9. Handle external audit assistance such as providing the proper documents needed for the audit
10. Responsible on keeping all the company documents in order and updated
11. Responsible in making necessary arrangement to keep the office clean and safe
12. Manage the stock office supplies, sales merchandise, and office equipment
13. Provide Sales and Marketing Support
1. Abide by and perform to the best of his/her abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be
assigned by the Company in due course;
2. Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its
authorized representatives;
3. Will not disclosed any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Company to any
unauthorized person;
4. Perform any other duties as assigned by any Company representative from time to time either
through direct written order or by verbal assignment. Qualifications Requirement
·Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Business Administration.
·At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and general affairs roles.
·Has experience permit processing
·Has experience registration processing
·High communication skills
·Has working experience in Japanese company
·Japanese language
·Has experience with small company English Level Business
