Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event.
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
- File and maintain post event information
- Follow up with clients using information from post events creating opportunity for new bookings
- To plan, organize, schedule, motivate/lead and control coordination.
- Maintain event budgets.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client's standards.
- Assess an event's overall success and submit findings.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.

- A team player with leadership skills.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Hospitality Management or any business related course.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience coordinating a variety of events (inclusive of small, large and high-profile functions)
- Professional, friendly, and punctual.
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
- Proficient in computer skills including Google docs, Word, Excel, Power point and Google Sheets.
- Professional appearance appropriate for a fine dining establishment.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
