Events Lead

Job Role/ Responsibilities:
1. Handles sign-ups and sales for events
2. Responsible for sourcing event participants and delegates through lead generation, and telemarketing
3. Sources and maintains communications with participants; coordinates and monitor event timelines; reviews and analyze evaluations
4. Coordinates the preparation of marketing collaterals for programs and events.
5. Manage inquiries for the events

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
2. Good project management skills. Can lead, motivate and handle staff
3. Experience in sales/ marketing and social media will be an advantage.
4. High integrity and ethics. Can manage budgets and profit & loss analysis.
5. Performance and goal-oriented.
6. Can be taken as Manager or promoted based on performance.
7. Have their own laptop
8. Willing to work fully on site
9. Knowledge in handling Corporate events is an advantage
