Events Coordinator

Assists the Events Team in planning and organizing events. exhibits and meetings for the company.
YOUR ROLE:  Assists in determining event-related costs and preparing budgetary recommendations.  Assists in sourcing venues and suppliers to execute a successful event.  Assists in handling events and exhibit set-ups/pull-outs. Coordinates with requesting party and suppliers as required to successfully execute all aspects of the event on the scheduled delivery date.  Prepares calendar of events and assists in implementing an effective system that enables and anticipates long-term planning and effective management of meetings, conferences and other events.  Assists in overseeing event budgets, timelines, ordering and logistics.  Monitor and manage inventory of event assets and collaterals such as roll-up banners, streamers, exhibit items. etc. Hiring criteria You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
