Events Assistant

Support the administrative design, planning, implementation, and coordination of major group events
- Coordinate event registration and rsvp confirmations
- Process purchase requisitions
- Maintain and update departmental records and files
- Collaborate with Lead Planners to monitor housing/room blocks, oversee attrition

Qualifications:

- Ability to maintain project timelines and meet deadlines
- Must possess strong presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: Php380.00 per day
