Event Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.- Identify new business opportunities through networking and industry events.- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client needs are met and events run smoothly.- Manage event budgets, contracts, and invoicing processes.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the event lifecycle.- Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts for management.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in event sales or a similar role.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of event planning processes and industry standards.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
