Working as a member of the wider Event management team, Event coordinator will focus on supporting different phases of execution of an event, ensuring that every encounter delivers an exceptional experience for our stakeholders. The Event coordinator should manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the event activities.   
Your Key responsibilities
•    Support marketing and events activities targeting both external and internal audiences including: 
o    Event preparation
o    Participant management 
o    Managing attendee communication
o    Facilitating vendor onboarding for events
o    Content and database management
o    Logistics and event execution
o    Event–related research and analysis
o    Support Event marketing communication
o    Post–event activities
•    Support in the planning and execution of a wide range of client events; including breakfast briefings, seminars, roundtables, conferences, hospitality events etc
•    Manage branding requirements as needs arise (for e.g. name badges) and organise transportation of collateral to event venues 
•    Manage room and venue booking for key events, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
•    Coordinate with multiple teams/vendor
•    Build invite lists for events and manage RSVPs, providing regular updates to the events team
•    Be present at events for set-up and execution of the event.
•    Attending to the registration desk and greeting attendees on arrival 
•    Create delegate packs and briefing packs for key events
•    Support post event evaluation including compilation of post event review and survey
Skills and attributes for success
•    Experience in corporate travel & events environment 
•    Exceptional customer service skills with a pro-active approach and commitment to quality 
•    Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
•    Reactivity and ability to manage emergency, think out of the box and adapt to last minute changes and business dynamics
•    Understand of business environment by investigating and proposing service and process improvements
Technologies and Tools
•    Advanced level of experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Outlook and MS Teams
•    Excel at spoken and written English in a global environment. Needs to have experience communicating with various cultures and to be able to articulate and grasp information in a very diverse environment where we deal with multiple accents and versions of English across the globe
To qualify for the role, you must have
•    Graduation in any related discipline like Marketing, Business Studies or creatively similar
•    1 to 4 Years' experience in relevant work
•    Experience in multiple systems and applications
•    Experience working with clients from different countries 
•    Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English.
•    Able to work outside of normal hours when required 
•    Project planning and management skills
•    Strong relationship building skills
•    High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ideally, you should also have
•    Demonstrable ability to interact with leadership, stakeholders and peers 
•    Personal travel experience and geographic knowledge
•    Interest on project management and technical/digital affinity
