Estimator (Beams Software / Angeles City / Au Experience)

Qualifications:
Proficient in using Beams software for estimating and project management tasks.
Demonstrated experience in creating accurate and detailed estimates using Beams.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a strong background in WA, Australia.
Familiarity with Australian construction codes, standards, and regulations in Western Australia.
Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of cost estimation techniques and practices relevant to residential, commercial, or civil construction projects.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Strong negotiation skills for managing subcontractor and supplier contracts.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to identify potential risks and provide solutions during the estimation process.
In-depth knowledge of the construction market, suppliers, and subcontractors in Western Australia.
Understanding of local pricing trends and the ability to accurately forecast project costs.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges during the estimation process
