Proven experience as an estimator within the concrete construction industry or a related construction field. Strong proficiency in using Estimate One for tender management and AroFlo for job management and quoting. Expertise in interpreting and marking up construction plans using Bluebeam software. Experience in preparing cost estimates, tenders, and quotes for concrete-related projects, including materials, labor, and overhead analysis. Familiarity with construction codes and industry standards related to concrete and general construction practices. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing estimates and reviewing plans to avoid costly errors. Nice to Have:

Lead Communication: Email leads to obtain additional information as required, and promptly input this data into AroFlo to maintain an organized workflow.
