- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or Business Administration
- With 2 to 3 years of experience in ERP system implementation and management, focusing on optimizing processes, ensuring seamless integration, and providing support across multiple departments
- Experience with Json and Postman API is a plus
- Experience in Payroll and HRIS system implementation and management
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Ecount and SAP
- Proven expertise in Inventory and Warehouse Management processes and systems
- Depth knowledge of ERP Development tools, coding languages, and business processes
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and provide tailored ERP solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines
