Erecting Machine Operator

LRI Chroma Asia Inc. is in need of an Erecting Machhine Operator who is responsible in the efficient operation of the shell erecting machine by ensuring target production output and good quality products for each job order are achieved.
This person is also expected to do the following duties.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that the job order, required materials like diecut blanks, glue, pallets, die mold and necessary documents are available before running.
- Accomplish the daily production report for each job order and other necessary reports.
- Perform periodic quality checks of glued products during running.
- Troubleshoot shell erected deficiencies and suggest solutions in order to correct them.
- Ensure proper labelling/tagging of the production output.
- Report immediately to the Department Head in case there are issues encountered in operating the machine.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of work area by performing 5S and line clearance before and after each machine run.
- Assist during machine's Preventive Maintenance.
- Ensure that the machine is always in tiptop condition.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduate of either any Technical Course, Engineering Course, Printing Course or at least College level.
- With at least two (2) years experience as a Shell Erecting Operator in a packaging company.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Erecting Machine Operator: 2 years (preferred)
