A College graduate of any 4 year college course related to Business Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
With knowledge and background in vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment operations.
Good time management skills to ensure that assigned responsibilities are completed.
Good follow through ability, adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
Ability to adhere to company policies, rules and regulations.
Ability to maintain independence and reliability.
Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work quality
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and must be able to improve performance through management feedback

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Equipment Associate regarding the request of employees for their travel order and determine types or amount of equipment, vehicle, materials or personnel required according to work order or specifications and provide as necessary.
Ensure that the drivers have valid licenses, are assigned appropriately and are properly briefed on the travel order and dispatch drivers (service vehicle & trucks), and operators. Advise route to avoid previously known obstacles or obstructions as necessary.
Advise personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions and other hazards;
Make sure that equipment or vehicle to be used during travel are properly checked before dispatching upon coordination with the Motorpool Department
Once vehicle and driver/operator has returned, collect accomplished equipment dispatch and turnover checklist form, prepare Job Order form (if any) and forward to Maintenance planner or to Motorpool in-charge for evaluation; Arrange and coordinate necessary repairs and repair status with the Motorpool;
Report driver performance issues or concerns for appropriate management action or resolution;
Monitors equipment with offline GPS status and coordinates with the suppliers for change of simcard - activation
