As EMS Officer, you will help in ensuring the Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements of the company are met by ISO 14001:2015 Standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor Reports and performance of the company's EMS and communicate to the employees the implementation and performance of the organization's EMS.
- Assist the Environmental Management Representatives (EMRs) in monitoring and ensuring that EMS objectives, targets, and programs are met and action plans are effective.
- Assist in the compliance of INC to requirements of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
- Help in identifying new issues and interested parties related to EMS, environmental aspects and impacts, risks and opportunities Ensure resources are allocated to effectively implement environmental management system policies and procedures.
Assist in evaluating and supervising the corrective actions taken and the management of identified environmental aspects and impacts and other environmental-related issues
- Conduct promotion and awareness of EMS throughout the organization including supplier and contractor
- Report to the EMR on the performance of the company's EMS and ensure the EMS documented information requirements

- Assist the EMR in creating, revising, and updating EMS documents and records 10.
Coordinate with all Departments/Divisions/Sections in establishing environmental processes and procedures as instructed by EMR
- Maintain, control, and keep EMS documentation and help the auditors during the internal and third-party Audit
- Perform another task as assigned by his superior
Qualification:
- Minimum Educational Requirement
- Graduate of 4-year course preferable environmental or engineering related course (preferably: Industrial/Mining Engineering)
- Experience in PCO is an advantage
- Good ICT, communication, and organizational skill
Minimum Work Experience
- At least two (2) years of work experience in system improvement, particularly in mining-environmental related industry
- Strong scientific background
- Interest in mine environmental protection and enhancement
