Entry Level Customer Service Representative (Claims)

Job Details:
- Salary and benefits offer: Up to Php20k basic + 15% Night Diff + Allowances
- Schedule: Initially day shift, but will eventually work on night shift schedule to cater to clients, situated at North America
- Work Arrangement: On Site (Monday to Friday)

As a Claims Associate, you will be part of a diverse team accountable for providing back-office support to NA Claims and contributing to the achievement of delivering an exceptional client experience. The main function of an Operations Claim Assistant – Level 1 is to perform claim file maintenance, manage forms and correspondence and claim reporting within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Processing assigned work according to defined workflows and guidelines to deliver a quality product and internal customer service.
- Ability to balance both quality and productivity expectations within a high-volume, transactional work environment to help meet business and customer service demands.
- Ensure that all activities performed are documented completely and accurately.
- Recognize, prioritize, and escalate priority requests according to established guidelines.
- Create and maintain accurate productivity logs for the purpose of tracking department results.
- Critical Communications with our business partners to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Graduate of the new curriculum Senior High K12 or Completed 2 years in college (no back subject)
- At least 6 months CSR or Claims Processing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
