The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

Expectations include an ability to effectively communicate ideas, build rapport and develop relationships with internal partners, manage partners (client) expectations, technical expertise and attention to detail. Our Entitlements Services Senior Analysts have a passion for client service, an eagerness to quickly learn and execute at a high level across a variety of complex processes, and the ability to manage risk and identify improvement opportunities.
Your Primary Responsibilities: Take ownership of requests received via CRM queues and through web form inputHandle client requests in accordance with established processes and proceduresComplete required tasks to create, modify or delete client and user profiles for all DTCC services using a combination of web-based, or GUI applicationsRespond to client requests within predefined internal Operational targetsRecognize high priority situations and take appropriate escalation action following predefined criteriaLiaise with other DTCC associates globally to facilitate fast and effective set-up implementation of new clientsAcquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant procedures and update documentation as necessaryFacilitate cooperation among DTCC associates to reduce resolution delays and frustration for clientProvide support to clients and internal teams with inquiries surrounding their entitlementsOther miscellaneous duties as deemed necessary by the Team Lead or ManagerAligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriatelyQualifications: Minimum of 2 years of related experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success: Adheres to established rules and procedures when performing workTakes personal accountability to drive work forwardPresents information clearly in writing and orally in small group settingsWillingness to constructively challenge others on established views and contribute new ideas/alternative approachesUnderstands the needs of external clients, Entitlements Services team members, and key internal stakeholders across the organizationThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
