**Job Summary**:
The Sales Engineer will deliver exceptional account management support and sales conversion activities for new and repeat businesses.
The role will suit a seasoned, hard-working, passionate individual looking forward to fostering strong relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
Strong telephone handling skills to build relationships.
Making around 200-300 cold calls per day to potential clients/leads and converting them to happy customers.
Making outbound cold calls to potential customers and scheduling appointments for the tech reps for support/remote setup sessions.
Making call transfers to tech team every day (at least 10 daily)
Understanding client needs and assisting them in choosing suitable pricing plans.
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
Providing product demonstrations.
Building a good rapport with the customers by replying to their queries on time.
Ability to meet and exceed the monthly sales targets.
Regular follow up with the Customers to convert them to happy paying customers.
Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
CRM experience would be preferred.
Knowledge of various sales processes from initiation to close.
Being Persuasive /self-motivated/target oriented.
An energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
In-depth understanding of the product (Hexnode) and its position in the UEM industry.
Tenacity to handle rejection in stride and continuing with a positive attitude while dealing with the subsequent potential customers.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
