Enterprise Sales Director / Head

The Country Head of Sales is a vital sales leadership role in helping to implement and shape our approach in the local markets.
- Grow Philippines market penetration aggressively
- Work with cross functional teams (voice experience, technology and R&D) to see through the process end-to-end to ensure sales closure.
- Manage the sales pipeline input and maintenance of the CRM system.
- Localize and execute business development strategies, and reporting milestones to HQ

**Job Requirement**
- 12+ years of successful experience in tech sales roles, consistently exceeding targets, with at least 4+ years in a Team leader/sales manager/director role heading up and growing sales teams
- Experience in rapidly recruiting and scaling a sales organization in multiple locations, scale-up/start-up experience would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to use measurements and analytics to position data to illustrate impact.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating deals at senior levels of enterprises; ideally brings deep relationships from the industry.
- Strong business acumen to identify and grasp opportunities with prospects and existing customers.
Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work under pressure whilst delivering on multiple ongoing projects.
- Relevant experience in, and understanding of conversational A.I.
technology industry is a plus
