JOB SUMMARY
-To enhance the productivity of each employee by optimizing internal ERP and information systems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Optimize, maintain, manage, and update the?Acumatica ERP system, MIS operational procedures, and other information systems utilized by the company.Analyze existing operations, protocols, and processes, and make improvement plans.Collaborate with other departments to schedule and coordinate upgrades, automation, and tests.Provide software application training for users, upgrade and configure software applications, and perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.Prepare an integrated database from various data sources using spreadsheets and data programming tools to extract relevant and useful informationKeep and secure Management Information System equipment and devices;Develop data processing programs and reporting tools using Acumatica, MS Excel, or other similar software to efficiently generate standardized reports and easily capture quantitative dataGenerate accurate reports on a timely basis by following a structured process to ensure compliance with the approved KPI ReportAnalyze and recommend software and hardware to maximize productivity for all networks. PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Graduate of BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management, or any related course;Experience in implementing ERP systems such as?Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, & NetSuiteAdvanced knowledge of MS ExcelFamiliarity with Programming is advantageousHas integrity, good work ethics, and interpersonal skillsPreferably from QC
