Job Description This position is responsible for assisting the portfolio management team in managing our portfolio of projects, ensuring that they are aligned with our strategic goals, and delivering maximum value to the organization. Assist the Portfolio Management team in managing the portfolio of projects from ideation to completion, ensuring that they are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization Conduct financial modeling and analysis to assess the feasibility and viability of projects Perform scenario-based planning to validate which initiatives can be approved based on the metrics that were set Consolidate the approved programs and projects into the company-wide portfolio management plan, including aspects of portfolio stakeholder and risk management Assist the Portfolio Management team in implementing and overseeing process governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards Gathers data to assist in decision making of senior management Provides insights on trends and new ideas that will help TL perform its function Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the TL. Minimum Qualifications Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; At least 3+ years' experience in portfolio management, financial modeling, process governance, and risk management At least 2+ years in budget cycle preparation Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or any 4-year related course CPA Board Passer or CFA Level 1 Professional an advantage
