Job Highlight: Contract type: Independent Contractor Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central with an hour unpaid break Scope: Manage high-volume phone lines efficiently and professionally Coordinate with legal assistants and attorneys to ensure smooth client communication Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area Assist with light clerical duties as needed Contribute to a positive client experience from the first point of contact Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central with an hour unpaid break Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and greet office visitors in both English and Spanish Manage and maintain the firm's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings Handle basic client inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate staff members Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail management Assist with translation and interpretation when needed for Spanish-speaking clients Requirements: Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of legal terminology, preferably in personal injury law Benefits Independent Contractor Perks:
