Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities
?Provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of company and customer equipment.
?Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.
?Develop preventive maintenance procedures, work instruction and other related documents to reduce or eliminate equipment failures.
?Test and approve new equipment before handing off to production.
?Act as primary contact for equipment performance related questions and concerns.
?Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
?Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes.
?Develop cost-reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality and productivity.
?Provide job assistance and conduct job trainings for employees as needed.
?Gather all related machine downtime and report to superior in a monthly basis.
?Check and maintain inventory control of equipment tools and spare parts.
?Provide 24hrs support even by calls for troubleshooting equipment.
?Prepare a monthly report for the PM and Calibration to in line with the engineering KPI.
?Supervise the technician daily trouble shooting, repair and operation.
?Observe and follow company rules & regulations and safety regulation.
?Attend meeting with other staff under quality and environmental issues.
?Follow the instruction given by the Engineering Manager.
