Engineering Supervisor (Construction & Improvements)

Location: Onsite | BGC
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site engineers and supervisors, coordinating with clients, managing daily site operations, and ensuring project goals are met.
This position offers the opportunity to work on both construction and improvements projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site engineers and site supervisors.
Report directly to the Project Manager (PM) on-site and technical issues.
Coordinate with the client's counterpart.
Attend daily coordination meetings and lead the site when the PM is unavailable.
Monitor and control manpower, resources, and daily site activities to meet targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in the related field.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferably 5+ years of experience specializing in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering, particularly in Mid and High Rise Projects.
