Scope & Responsibilities: Manage and oversee Engineering Shared Services operations to provide comprehensive support across multiple business units.Lead the implementation of advanced construction practices ensuring compliance with safety codes and government standards.Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the engineering team to optimize service delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address service gaps, ensuring seamless integration of engineering support.Develop and enforce quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of service excellence.Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.Monitor industry trends and advancements to continuously improve service offerings and operational effectiveness.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering program.Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering.Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.Strong skills in public relations and presentations.Strong skills in community organizing, including initiating group gatherings and information drives.Excellent communication skills, proficient at forming partner relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Efficient in project management, handling projects and initiatives.Proficient in PowerPoint presentations and data processing programs.
