Engineering & Service Senior Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the overall operations of the Engineering Department.
QUALIFICATIONS: Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical EngineerWith at least 10 years managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, andKnowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & air-conditioningWith at least ten (10) years' experience as a ManagerWith experience in after sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation,With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skillsHigh proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Organizes, plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department.Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.Negotiates service contracts.Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquiresAssists in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecastsPrepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paidRecruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer serviceWorks hand in hand with customer's installation and maintenance engineers until every majorProvides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.
