Engineering & Service Senior Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the overall operations of the Engineering Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer
• With at least 10 years managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and
• Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & air-conditioning
• With at least ten (10) years' experience as a Manager
• With experience in after sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation,
• With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
• High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organizes, plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department.
• Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.
• Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.
• Negotiates service contracts.
• Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquires
• Assists in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecasts
• Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.
• Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paid
• Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service
• Works hand in hand with customer's installation and maintenance engineers until every major
• Provides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.
