Engineering & Service Manager - Cebu Based / Full Time/Urgent

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall operations of the Engineering Department in the Cebu branch office.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer
At least 10 years of managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management
Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, and air-conditioning
At least 5 years of experience as a manager
Experience in after-sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management
Good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
High proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize, plan, and coordinate all after-sales activities of the department
Maintain close liaison with customers and suppliers
Prepare summaries of parts sales forecasts for the division
Negotiate service contracts
Update management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquire necessary resources
Assist in the formulation of short- and long-range planning and in the preparation of forecasts
Prepare and/or review costing and selling prices to maximize contributions and win bids
Manage the credit and collection activities of the department, ensuring that accounts receivable is paid
Recruit and assign enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service requests
Work closely with customers' installation and maintenance engineers until every major piece of equipment is installed and commissioned
Provide the necessary expertise in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts
