WORK LOCATION : BINAN LAGUNA
- Preferably Registered Mechanical Engineering
- Experience HVAC principle
- Experience in Handling Project (teams)
- Experience in Industrial Construction
- 6+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a management role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software tools.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
