Engineering Manager

We are looking for reliable and talented ENGINEERING MANAGER to join our team. An Engineering Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating projects and supervising teams. You are responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled. You will develop strategies, manage budgets, and ensure successful project execution. You will work closely with teams and collaborate with other management personnel.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering FieldMaster's degree is advantageousProven experience as an engineering managerProven supervisory and technical; skillsBackground in wastewater treatment plantProficient in using computer-aided (CAD) platformsAnalytical and mathematical skillsInterpersonal skills to manage a team on engineersAbility to give constructive criticismLeadership, team-building, and mentoring skillsStrong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsMust be knowledgeable in driving 4 wheels (either Automatic or Manual)
