As an Engineering Lead at Excite, you will be at the forefront of managing technical aspects and setting the pace, leading by example throughout your team's endeavors. You'll lead a group of engineers, providing clear guidance to help them achieve exceptional results. Your hands-on engineering experience will be an integral part of your leadership style, as you actively contribute as a team member when the situation demands.
You work closely with your local Product Owner to ensure successful delivery of the product backlog across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with a strong focus on delivering a customer experience that we can be proud of, setting a high standard for excellence
