Engineering Head - Plant Operations And Logistics

Our client, a fast-growing FMCG company (personal care, wellness and home care) with manufacturing plant in Valenzuela City, is in need of an ENGINEERING HEAD with the following qualifications:

-Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
-With at least 10 years of experience in engineering and production management, with 5+ years in leadership roles within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors
-With proven expertise in process optimization, sustainability practices, and compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards
-Possesses strong technical, project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
-Must be willing to work in Valenzuela City
