DescriptionPerform technical clerical works, encoding, updating, and maintaining documents, KPI's databases of Engineering Facility and Machineries.Collect and compile Daily Work Assignment / Daily Work Accomplishment.Prepare and submit Purchase Requests and other related jobs.Summarize the water bill and electrical bill as per requirement for the submission of SMR and other related environmental concerns.Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Engineering Supervisor or Manager.RequirementsPreferably a graduate of any related engineering course.Basic knowledge of various office computer programs/software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, or any design software is an advantage.Can work with minimal supervision.Dependable, with initiative, and can communicate with co-employees from various levels of the organization.Working LocationMedical Reimbursement
