ENGINEERING & SERVICE SENIOR MANAGER

FOR VISAYAS AND MINDANAO
MAKATI HEAD OFFICE BASED
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall operations of the Engineering Department in
Visayas and Mindanao branch offices.
Qualifications:
Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer
With at least 10 years managerial experience in the Engineering field
Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & air-conditioning
With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizes, plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department.
Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.
Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.
Negotiates service contracts.
Assists in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecasts
Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.
Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that ARs are paid
Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service
Works hand in hand with customer's installation and maintenance engineers until every major
Provides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.
