salary: PHP 55,000 - 60,000 JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall operations of the Engineering Department in THE Cebu branch office.QUALIFICATIONS:Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer With at least 10 years managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty managementKnowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & AND air-conditioning With at least five (5) YEARS OF experience as a ManagerWith experience in AFTER-SALES service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation, Inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable managementWith good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skillsHigh proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOrganizes, plans, and coordinates all AFTER-SALES activities of the department.Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.Negotiates service contracts.Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquires 1Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paidRecruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer serviceWorks hand in hand with customer's installation and maintenance engineers until every majorProvides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.
