Engineering Aide / Marketing Associate

We are looking for an organized, reliable, multitasker, team player, and extrovert engineering graduate with a pleasing personality who will be working with the Engineering Team as well as the Marketing Team. Your duties and responsibilities are the following:
Organize all administrative paperwork of the Engineering Team such as technical reports, product manuals, service reports, and product inventory.Send email quotations and proposals to existing and potential clients, dealers, non-profit organizations, resorts, etc.Coordinate and schedule meetings and events with clients and dealers nationwide.Accompany the Sales Team in client meetings. Engage with clients. Take down minutes of the meeting.Keep track of the schedule of all Water Desalinator events.In charge of product brochure preparations.In charge of designing the tarpaulins to be used in events.Handle the social media page of Water Desalinators.Reply to all inquiries on Water Desalinators.You must be willing to travel and join the Sales and Technical Teams in product presentations and company events nationwide.
