The candidate must possess a bachelor's or college degree in engineering?
At least 5 years of working experience in semiconductors or a related field?
Experienced in project management (NPI/NPD)?
Experience in Assembly operations (Molding, Dispensing, SMT, Die Attach, Wirebond,SAW)?
Assembly Process expert ?
Must have good communication skills, experienced in customer communication?

Willing to lead engineers
