Engineer Leadframe/Packing Material - Contract

Drive Package / leadframe 3D design development activities and ensure fulfillment of project milestone deliverables and documentation release.In your new role you will:Use of AutoCAD and Inventor tool in the package development cycle. Understanding design systematics, creating 3D models and parametric control.Use of CAD Desktop and SAP in Inventor use case, understanding the interactions between Inventor and SAP through CAD Desktop and Metadata, revisioning file linkages, and derivations.Design method and design flow of new package and leadframe based on technical capabilities of materials, processes and suppliers.Modify 2D and 3D output.Drive Package / leadframe 3D design development activities and ensure fulfillment of project milestone deliverables and documentation release (spec, drawing, SAP, etc).Liaise with the leadframe engineer to ensure fulfillment of all leadframe specifications and requirements.Participate in formulating internal design standards and specifications, design experience accumulation and sharing, and other team suggestions.Establish the 3D package and leadframe dwg drafting guideline.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or any related courses.Work experience 1-3 years and fresh graduate is welcome AutoCAD, Solidworks and any related experiences.12 months contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
