Engineer (Civil)

Job Responsibilities Manage and responsible day-to-day project operations including coordination activities with sub-contractors and liaise with all party involved in project. Carry out work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation to ensure compliance to regulatory. Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors / workers to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance to the contract drawings specifications. Co-ordinate and establish good working relationship with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective co-ordination of work activities. To monitor construction / project progress, ensure productivity, legal compliance and all safety precaution until completion of projects. Monitor progress on site and ensure that quality works are carried out in order to meet quality and cost objectives, projects are completed on time within budget. Crete, prepares and update AutoCAD Model (Coordination drawing). Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings. Prepare site briefing report, site daily report, site progress with the photo and handover report to the management and client. Attend meetings and liaise with clients. Assist in handling progress claims and financial claims. Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
