Engineer Assistant

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any related fieldStrong understanding of civil engineering construction principles and practicesExperience in construction project management or field engineering is an advantage but not required Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and organize project file documents, drawings and specifications.Assist in preparing reports, proposals, presentations, procurement requests forms and withdrawal slips, permits and forms.Coordinate meetings, schedules and travel arrangements.Assists in data collection and analysis. This covers monitoring of procured and/or for procurement of construction materials and services.Perform other related functions that may be directed by the company from time to time.Assists in coordinating and monitoring construction activities.Provide on-site technical assistance to site engineers.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Continuously learn about construction techniques, industry standards and new technologies.Seek opportunities for professional development and training.
