Unspecified Function Description:
Applies scientific principles to innovate, design, develop, and implement technologies, components, sub-systems, machines, tools, and systems to ensure compliance to specifications, requirements, and customer guarantees across applicable operating conditions.
Ensures novel ideas and implementations are captured and protected using applicable IP processes and tools.
Designs and plans layout for assembly and materials handling.
Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
Plans sequence of operations and specification procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.
Develops manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques.
Provides guidance for engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
QUALIFICATIONS Engineering Degree Course or Related
Minimum of 1yr to 3 years experience in absence of degree.
Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Assembly Processes, Process sheets, work instructions creation, or assembly manuals
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with modelled engineering data and configuration control through a PLM system
Understanding of materials & tolerances of components and assemblies
Proficient in Project management and excellent presentation skills
Continuous Improvement of manufacturing process through structured problem solving
Proficient on the tools & techniques required for the job including Lean Application, Process Certification, Total Quality Management
Knowledgeable on primary functions like New Product Introduction, Configuration, Process Improvement
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
With at least a year in his/her current position.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
