Job Description The position is responsible for the following: Directly supporting market strategy for customer solutions strategy, functions, and initiatives Developing a customer solutions framework Working directly with the sales team for different customer segments to map out customer solutions insights and opportunities Identifying technologies and solutions that may apply to our target customer/prospect base. In certain cases, visiting existing facilities utilizing such technology to determine applicability and/or feasibility Continuously engaging with prospects and customers at their facilities to investigate and identify customer issues and pain points Selling and offering of energy solutions and services Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in HVAC, MVAC, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF), and similar systems. Minimum Qualifications Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical At least 2 years experience in customer solutions or related field Has broad understanding of the power industry Conversant to technical topics pertaining to Generator set system, Energy Storage and Power Quality Solutions equipment and Energy Management Conversant to technical topics pertaining to relevant standards (IEC and ANSI), switchyard, substation equipment, metering, protection relaying, and SCADA Preferably a Licensed Engineer Preferably with experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) or MVAC (Mechanical, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF), and similar systems.
