Non-negotiable Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering disciplineAt least 10 years of experience in both Sales and Business DevelopmentAt least 5 years of relevant experience in the following disciplines:Components, System and Plant CertificationRisk analysis, risk managementBankability studies, Feasibility studies, Environmental impact assessmentInspection and assessment Established track records in leading both market planning and business development initiativesHas broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong networks across the regionDynamic self-starter who is versatile and has sound business judgmentExcellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skillsOkay with working onsite and offsiteWilling to travel around the Philippines and the ASEAN regionAmenable to work predominantly on a dayshift but willing to adjust depending to the business need Main Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Renewable Energy (Solar Power, Wind Power, Bio Energy, Geothermal Energy, Hydro Power) services in the PhilippinesConceptualise, develop and execute both short term and mid-term business strategies and operating objectives to contribute to the business growth targets for the Philippines and ASEAN regionCollaborate with relevant business units in ASEAN and our strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realisation where applicable.Monitor, review and analyse project progression to maximise the financial and business performanceBuild, manage and optimize relationships with clients (manufacturers, operators, investors, governments), & strategic partners
