Job Description As an Energy and Utilities Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Drive consultancy projects focused on transforming energy and utilities clients.Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, sharing your expertise, fostering independence, and inspiring enthusiasm.Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard by using appropriate methodologies and proactively managing risks.Utilize strong problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.Cultivate strong client relationships, demonstrating deep understanding of their needs and business challenges.Actively seek out new consulting opportunities and convert them into strategic proposals.Oversee the development and presentation of proposals in the energy and utilities sector, ensuring they align with client requirements and your area of responsibility.The Successful Applicant Business consulting background is preferred.Have led projects in the energy and utilities space (process engineering, PMO, change management, etc.).Minimum experience of 6-9 years, at least part of it under business consulting.Training in Engineering, business administration, or economics.MBA or master's degree is a plus.Must be willing to travel locally and internationally.Able to identify business development opportunities.What's on Offer International exposure: opportunity to travel and conduct trainings/projects abroad.Be immersed in the energy and utilities space - offer value-added solutions to your clients.Become actively involved in projects - provide you valuable business acumen.
