Encoder

1. Prepares, submits, routes and files Warehouse documents and records assigned to him.
2. Timely and correct recording of information, data and details as required by the recording
system established and retrieves data and information as needed.
3. Responsible in system picking of customer orders.
4. Facilitate internal customer's requests and documentation.
5. Received and disseminate export special instructions from marketing and process
needed documentations.
6. Ensures that computers and printers are in proper working order and request repair or updating
as needed.
7. Maintains a back-up file for all electronic documents assigned to him/her.
8. Ensures that all file are secured.
9. Maintains stock inventory of office supplies.
10. Perform his/her assigned task according to prescribed procedures and instructions.
11. Ensure to perform his/her work assignment complying with prescribed procedures, GMP,
Hygiene and safety standards and instructions.
12. Responsible for other task assigned by his/her superior.
