Employee Relations Officer

Our client, a known construction materials company with office in Caloocan City, is in need of an Employee Relations Officer with the following qualifications:

-Must be a college graduate
-Must have at least three (3) years of solid employee and labor relations experience, experienced in employee discipline, administrative hearings etc.
-Possesses excellent communication and organization skills
-Must be willing to work onsite in Caloocan City
