CAISHEN MARKETING SERVICES is looking for Recruitment Associate who will perform the following duties and responsibilities.
* Provide guidance on company policies, procedures and labor laws
* Help improve communication between management and employees
* Develop and implement solutions to improve employee relations
* Collaborate with talent access on policy development, performance management and compliance
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
* Attend arbitration proceedings

Qualifications:
- Female
- Must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience on handling employee relations
- Graduate of a 4 year course in BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Must be willing to be deployed in Cubao, QC


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
