Provide guidance on company policies, procedures and labor lawsHelp improve communication between management and employeesDevelop and implement solutions to improve employee relationsCollaborate with talent access on policy development, performance management and complianceEnsure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policiesAttend arbitration proceedings Qualifications: FemaleMust have at least 6 months to 1 year experience on handling employee relationsGraduate of a 4 year course in BS Psychology or Human Resource ManagementMust be willing to be deployed in Cubao, QC
