Employee Relation Assistant

Details of the offer

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any HR related course
- Must have at least 1 year experience as Human Resources Assistant particularly on labor relations
- Must have a working knowledge on Labor laws especially on procedural due process
- Preferably knowledgeable on all facets of HR
- Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be a good negotiator
- Must be trustworthy and able to maintain company and employee information confidentiality
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Must be pro-active in providing suggestions to improve current processes or work


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
