Join us as a:
Performance Management Specialist
 
In this role you?ll get to:
Create, prepare, and maintain forms used for gathering and storing feedback.
Collaborate with different group leads to elicit feedback from clients and internal personnel.
Document information surrounding performance assessments and work issues.
Ensure each personnel has sufficient feedback over their evaluation period.
Lead evaluation efforts for personnel with no designated group lead, or as requested by management.
Report updates to management, admin, and project coordinators. Escalate issues as necessary.
On-board new hires on the evaluation process. This includes adding them into the system and providing an orientation on how the company?s evaluation system works.
Monitor employment status and performance of new personnel over their probationary period.
Assist in relaying feedback to personnel, including necessary back-and-forth among raters and rates to clarify any input.
Provide counseling, coaching, and/or periodical catch-ups with employees in the company.
Assist Admin in relaying sensitive decisions, such as warnings and termination.
Assist Admin and Project Coordinators in other minor administrative work.
What you?ll need to succeed:
Minimum of 4 years experience in work on or related to performance evaluation management
Good oral and written English communication skills
Proficient with the use of Google Workspace
Highly trustworthy, experienced in handling sensitive and confidential information
Detail-oriented and must have strong organizational skills
Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
Experience in performance coaching and counseling is a plus
